WARRANTY AND RETURNING THE GOODS

 

 

If for any reason you should not be satisfied with the products you have purchased, you have the right to return them within 10 working days from the day of delivery.

 

It's not necessary to specify the reasons why you should wish to return the goods. You can request an exchange with a different size/item, a voucher to be used for a future purchase or a refund. The choice can't be modified any further. 

 

To take advantage of the warranty, it's necessary to make the request in writing through recorded delivery or, more conveniently, via e-mail to info@thestrangestore.biz. To speed up the process write on the subject of the e-mail 'request to return' and your order number.

 

The items can be returned only if they are in the same conditions in which they have been received. Therefore it needs to be in pristine conditions, unused, unwashed or unmodified. It should be returned complete with original tag still attached and/or with the original box. Warranty is available on all the items.

 

The items must be received from us within 10 days from the date of our authorization to return them.

 

We suggest to use a trackable posting method as the responsibility for the delivery is solely of the sender.

 

After receiving the returned items and after verification that all the conditions are met, IndustrialStrange will send you an e-mail to confirm the acceptance of the items returned.

The refund will happen via cheque within 15/30 days, via bank transfer or, if you wish, you could request a voucher for future purchases. Transport expenses CAN'T be refunded. 

 

In no circumstance it will be possible to refuse the goods on delivery. Such occurrence will not be considered to be within the rights for returning goods therefore it will be breaching the sale's terms and conditions. The items can only be returned as explained through the previously described methods.

 

 

NOTE: IndustrialStrange will take care of shipping expenses only in the case of error on our part in regards to wrong items sent and/or sizes which are different from the ones requested by the customer on the original order form. In any other instance the customer will need to send the returned items at his/her expenses, paying for the shipping (of the correct item) which varies according to the country of destination.
